Ruby Slipper Kennels

Ruby passed away in April 2016, at the beautiful age of almost 15 years old. She was the first Cairn Terrier I ever owned and a special one. She was a wonderful pet, mother and friend. She was a very independent girl and no one ever could ask her to do anything she didn't want to. She was very stubborn and very much a hunter. She loved to chase frogs, squirrels, rats, chipmunks, dig for moles and a whole host of other things. She is missed daily in many different ways, but most notably that my "Border Patrol" dog for keeping animals out of the property is gone.
She will be forever remembered and missed. We leave this page up in honor and in memory of her and her amazing life.
